Click on the icon above to go to Paypal and pay by Credit Card for the quickest and cheapest access to our New Parent Pack in pdf format. 

Downloading Instructions:  After making a $5 donation via Paypal, you will be given a confirmation and temporary username and password.  On the Paypal confirmation page, there is a button labeled "Return to Merchant."  You must click this link to login with your newly generated username and password.  Upon successful login, you will immediately be directed to the Parent Pack.  Please understand that this username and password is neither for your Paypal account nor for your FEAT-NT website account.  It is strictly for downloading the pdf.  This download will be available for one day.

If you have trouble accessing the pdf from your Paypal confirmation page, click here to login and obtain the download.

If you lost your login information for the pdf, you can retrieve it by logging into your Paypal account.  Browse your account history to find the "Subscription Creation" transaction with FEAT-NT.  View the account details to obtain the temporary username and password for the Parent Pack.

If you cannot afford the $5 donation but need the information to help your child or a child close to you, contact FEAT-NT Administration by email and request a free copy due to your financial circumstances and we will do our best to get one to you.  This packet has been a lifesaver for many families.  We will do everything possible to see that everyone needing the info gets it.
